健康教育路径在择期剖宫产中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Health Education Path in Selective Cesarean Section

目的探讨健康教育路径在择期剖宫产中的应用效果。方法选择2014年5月~2015年5月我院收治的择期剖宫产产妇170例,以随机数字表将其分对照组与研究组,各85例。对照组产妇实施常规健康教育干预,研究组实施健康教育路径干预。结果两组产妇对健康知识的掌握程度对比中,研究组对健康知识的总掌握率为97.65%,高于对照组87.06%（P〈0.05）。研究组住院时间均低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论健康教育路径在择期剖宫产中的具有显著的应用效果,可以有效提高产妇对健康知识的掌握水平,缩短住院时间。

Objective To explore the application effect of health education pathway in elective cesarean section. Methods From May 2014 to May 2015,170 cases of cesarean section in our hospital were selected,and the control group and the research group were divided into 85 groups by random digits table. Women in control group were given routine health education intervention,and the intervention group was given health education path. Results 2 groups of maternal health knowledge of the degree of mastery,the study group on the total mastery of health knowledge was 97.65%,higher than the control group 87.06%（P〈0.05）. The length of stay in the study group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Health education path in elective cesarean section has significant application effect,can effectively improve maternal health knowledge mastery level,shorten the length of hospital stay.
