全髋关节置换术中的护理配合

Nursing Cooperation in Total Hip Replacement

目的分析全髋关节置换术中的护理要点,探讨其在全髋关节置换术中的重要性。方法对2009年1月~2016年8月在我院接受全髋关节置换术治疗的40例患者进行回顾性分析。详细记录患者采取的术中护理配合措施及住院期间的其他相关临床资料,评估术中护理配合的重要性。结果 40例患者平均手术时间（105.0±12.1）min,术中平均出血（194.6±27.2）ml,平均住院时间（10.2±2.3）天。术后所有患者均安全返回病房,术中及术后无并发症。结论患者体位的摆放,术中器械的传递及术后的搬运等配合是全髋关节置换术中的配合要点,是全髋关节置换术成功的必要环节。

Objective Analyze the main points of nursing in total hip replacement,to discuss the importantly. Methods Retrospective analysis of 40 patients treated with total hip arthroplasty in our hospital from January 2009 to August 2016,the other related clinical data during the period of hospitalization were recorded in detail,during the operation,analysis the importance of nursing cooperation. Results The average operation time was（105.0±12.1） min,average bleeding was（194.6±27.2） ml,average length of stay（10.2±2.3） days in 40 patients. All patients were no complications during the operation and after operation,safely returned to the ward. Conclusion The placement of the patient＇s body position,the transfer of the instrument in the operation and the carrying of the operation are the key points in the total hip replacement,and the necessary link of the total hip replacement.
