布地奈德混悬液辅助治疗小儿急性喉炎的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of budesonide in adjuvant treatment of children with acute laryngitis

目的观察布地奈德混悬液辅助治疗小儿急性喉炎的临床疗效。方法 2014年1月至2015年6月常熟市中医院儿科收治住院的轻中度急性喉炎患儿120例,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组常规予抗生素、早期给予足量激素,观察组在对照组的基础上加用布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入,两组均予相同对症支持治疗,疗程5~7d,比较分析两组临床疗效情况及患儿声嘶、犬吠样咳嗽、喉梗阻症状缓解时间。结果观察组总有效率为91.7%（55/60）,显著高于对照组76.7%（46/60）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患儿声嘶、犬吠样咳嗽、及喉梗阻症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入对小儿急性喉炎疗效确切,且较为安全,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of budesonide in adjuvant treatment of children with acute laryngitis. Methods From January 2014 to June 2015, in Pediatric Department of Changshu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, 120 children with mild and moderate acute laryngitis were selected. According to the admission order, the children were divided into the observation group of 60 cases and the control group of 60 cases. All the cases were given antibiotics and adequate hormone at early stage; both groups were treated with symptomatic and supportive treatment. In addition, the observing group was also given budesonide inhalation. The course of treatment was 5-7 d. Compare the clinical efficacy and the time for hoarseness, barking cough and throat obstruction symptom to disappear. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.7 % （55/60）, significantly higher than 76.7 % （46/60） of the control group （P〈0.05）. The time of disappearance of hoarseness, barking cough and throat obstruction symptom was significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. No obvious adverse reactions were found in the two groups. Conclusion Budesonide inhalation has good therapeutic effect on children with acute laryngitis, and it is relatively safe and is worthy of promotion.
