雾化吸入盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿肺炎的个体化护理

Individualized nursing intervention on infantile pneumonia patients with atomizing inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride treatment

目的探讨雾化吸入盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿肺炎的个体化护理。方法收集在儿科就诊的临床诊断为小儿肺炎的患儿124例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各62例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受个体化护理。比较2组患儿的临床治疗效果、住院时间、临床症状和体征缓解的时间及遵医行为。结果观察组临床治疗效果明显好于对照组(Z=-4.636,P=0.000),住院时间、咳嗽消失时间和喘憋消失时间均短于对照组,进行饮食控制、自我检测和运动治疗的比例均高于对照组。结论个体化护理用于雾化吸入盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿肺炎,临床治疗效果显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of individualized nursing intervention on infantile pneumonia patients with atomizing inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride treatment.Methods Totally 124 paediatric patients with infantile pneumonia were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,each of 62,according to a random number table.The observation group was given individualized nursing,while the control group was provided with routine nursing.Then the clinical effect,hospital stay,remission time of symptoms and signs and compliance of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical effect of the observation group was significant better than that of the control group（Z=-4.636,P=0.000）.The hospital stay of the former was significantly shorter than the latter,while the cough and gasp for breath disappeared significantly earlier in the former group than the latter.Significantly more patients in the observation group chose alimentary control,self check and sports.Conclusion The individualized nursing intervention is of significant effect for infantile pneumonia patients with atomizing inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride.
