急救护理路径在救治急性心肌梗死患者中的应用

The effect of the first aid nursing pathway in treating acute myocardial infarction patients

目的探讨急救护理路径在救治急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)患者中的应用效果。方法选取采用传统急诊护理流程的34例AMI患者为对照组,采用急救护理路径的34例AMI患者为观察组。比较2组患者进出急诊科时间、卧床时间、住院时间和院内再梗死、心力衰竭、心律失常、心源性休克发生率及对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组进-出急诊科时间、卧床时间及住院时间均短于对照组。观察组院内再梗死、心力衰竭、心律失常及心源性休克发生率显著低于对照组。观察组对护理工作的满意度显著高于对照组(Z=-2.653,P=0.008)。结论急救护理路径能保证AMI患者治疗迅速有效,缩短患者住院时间,降低患者的治疗费用。

Objective To explore the effect of applying the first aid nursing pathway in treating patients with acute myocardial infarction（AMI）.Methods Sixty-eight AMI patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,each of 34.The control group was given emergency nursing in traditional way,while the observation group was provided with care according to the emergency nursing pathway.The emergency treating time,lying-in bed time,hospital stay,and the occurrence of in-hospital re-infarcation,heart failure,arrhythmia and cardiogenic shock,as well as patients＇ satisfaction to nursing were compared between the 2groups.Results The average time of receiving emergency treatment,lying-in bed and hospital stay of the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group.The incidence of reinfarction,heart failure,arrhythmia and cardiac shock in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group.Patient satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group（Z =-2.653,P=0.008）.Conclusion The first aid nursing pathway can ensure the rapid and effective treatment,shorten hospitalization time and lower the cost of treatment.
