摘要
目的 探讨以器官系统为中心联合PBL(Problem Based Learning)的教学查房模式在ICU的效果。方法 以2016年1-6月在我院ICU实习的2011级五年制临床医学本科学生作为研究对象,按随机分组的方法分为:20人研究组(PBL教学查房)和20人对照组(传统三级医师教学查房)。在研究组和对照组实习前进行重症医学科基础理论知识考试,以评价两组基础知识的掌握程度。在研究组和对照组实习后进行重症医学科理论、五站式出科成绩及问卷调查得分比较,以评价学生的学习效果与教学效果。结果 实习前,理论考试成绩研究组和对照组的结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。实习后,理论研究组考试成绩及问卷调查得分高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论 本次研究认为以器官系统为中心联合PBL教学查房更能提高重症医学科的临床教学质量。
Objective To investigate the application oforgan system combined with PBL teaching ward round in ICU teaching. MethodsA total of 40 residents in our hospital of severe medical rotation from January to July 2016 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the traditional teaching group and PBL teaching group, 20 residents in each group. In the study group and the control group practice of critical care medicine theory is given in the examination results to student evaluation of teaching effect and teaching effect. Results The basic theory test before practice of study group and control group showed no statistical difference(P〉0.05). Scores of the theory test, five station examination results and the questionnaire in the study group were higher than those in the control group( P〈0.05). Conclusion The study suggest that the application of organ system combined with PBL teaching practice rounds is helpful to promote the quality of clinical teaching.
