跨专业医学教育与实践能力拓展的启发 被引量:5

摘要 目的 跨专业医学教育教授各个不同领域的知识,传授医学,其他学科前沿的方法和进展,引导医学生发散思维想象力,并且使医学资源充分利用,使医学课程教学效果明显增加。方法 通过问卷调查形式,范围包括不同级别的医院(三甲、二甲、一甲和小城镇医院数个),调查对象是2010年1月-2015年12月毕业的本科生、研究生共计5 000人。调查项目包括团队的教师对课程的内容、方法、组织形式、策略共同设计和讲授跨专业课程。结果 证明了跨专业医学教育是一种有效的教育方向。可以通过形式培养医学院校学生运用多种学科知识来分析问题和解决临床实际问题的能力,培养他们的整合医学思维。结论 吸收不同专业领域的多重知识,构建医学教育知识的纵横体系,从多方面进行创新活动,并增强了医学生掌握更多学科知识的运用能力,是对医学教育制度的一种创新思维。 Objective The realization of the interdisciplinary medicine education, cross major learning and education, the combination of the teachers teaching from multidisciplinary team, joint design, the teaching of specialized courses. To make maximum use of the university resources, to maximize the teaching effects. Methods Scope of questionnaire survey, 5 000 people, including different levels of hospitals(3-A-grade hospital, 2-A-grade hospital, 1-A-grade hospital and a number of small towns hospital), the investigation object is January 2010 to December 2015 of undergraduate and graduate students graduate. Survey projects include team of teachers in curriculum design, teaching methods, teaching organization forms, teaching design and teaching strategies, the team using multiple aspects,such as cross major course. Results Interdisciplinary medicine education of theorganic combination of cross major learning and team teaching, to train the students' ability to use multidisciplinary knowledge to solve the problem, cultivate the integrated thinking, in preparation for the diversification of the future life. Conclusion The teaching mode is a kind of very beneficial attempt and exploration. In the education practice to promote the cross major to study smoothly and the formation of cross major education, implement of educational systeminnovation.
