品管圈活动在缩短严重创伤患者输血等候时间中的应用效果

The Effect of Application of Quality Control Circle Activity in Reducing Blood Transfusion Waiting Time of Patients With Severe Trauma

目的探讨品管圈活动在缩短严重创伤患者输血等候时间中的应用效果。方法成立品管圈活动小组,选定缩短严重创伤患者输血等候时间为活动主题,对严重创伤患者输血等候时间的现状进行调查,分析严重创伤患者输血等候时间长的原因,制定相应的整改措施并组织实施。结果 (1)品管圈活动缩短严重创伤患者输血等候时间(P<0.05);(2)品管圈活动缩短工勤所用时间(P<0.05);(3)品管圈活动缩短输血科所用时间(P<0.05)。结论通过品管圈活动的实施,可缩短严重创伤患者输血等候时间,促进了临床医疗/护理质量持续改进。

Objective To investigate the effect of the application of quality control circle on shortening the waiting time of blood transfusion in patients with severe trauma. Methods The establishment of QCC team, selected to shorten the waiting time for blood transfusion in patients with severe trauma theme, time of blood transfusion in trauma patients waiting for investigation, analysis of blood transfusion in severe trauma patients waiting for a long time reason, formulate the corresponding corrective measures and organize the implementation. Results（1） QCC activities to shorten the waiting time of blood transfusion in patients with severe trauma（P〈0.05）.（2） QCC to shorten the time for workers（P〈0.05）.（3） The time shortened blood transfusion QCC（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of QCC activity, can reduce blood transfusion the waiting time of the patients with severe trauma, promote the continuous improvement of the quality of clinical medical/nursing.
