高血压脑出血患者手术治疗临床效果分析及评价

Analysis and Evaluation of the Clinical Effect of Surgical Treatment of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

目的分析高血压脑出血患者手术治疗的临床效果。方法选取70例高血压脑出血患者,其中43例行小骨窗显微手术,17例行大骨瓣血肿清除术,10例行血肿穿刺碎吸术,分析患者的临床效果。结果采用3种手术方法进行治疗,均取得较好的临床效果。70例患者中,其中痊愈为74.29%;显著进步为11.43%;进步为4.29%;无效为10.00%。结论高血压脑出血患者应依据病情进行综合评估,选择合适的手术方式进行治疗。

Objective To analyze clinical effect of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage of patients by surgical treatment. Methods 70 cases patients with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage were selected, 43 cases were given small bone window microsurgery, 17 cases were given big bone flap for removal of hematoma, 10 cases were given invasive surgery crashing and aspirating hematoma, and the patient＇s clinical effect was analyzed. Results Using three surgical methods for treatment had achieved good clinical effect. In 70 cases of patients, which healed was 74.29%, remarkable progress was 11.43%, progress was 4.29%, invalid was 10.00%. Conclusion Patients with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage should according to the comprehensive assessment of condition, choosing the appropriate surgical treatment.
