腹腔镜下D2根治术治疗局部进展期远端胃癌的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Laparoscopic D2 Radical Resection in the Treatment of Locally Advanced Distal Gastric Cancer

目的观察腹腔镜下D2根治术治疗局部进展期远端胃癌的临床效果。方法选择80例局部进展期远端胃癌患者,分别给予开腹远端胃癌D2根治术治疗和腹腔镜下D2根治术治疗,比较两组患者手术近期效果、术后恢复情况及并发症发生情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者手术近期效果显著提高,术后恢复情况明显改善,并发症发生率明显降低,两组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下D2根治术治疗局部进展期远端胃癌近期效果好,术后恢复快,安全性较高。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of laparoscopic D2 radical operation in the treatment of locally advanced distal gastric cancer.Methods 80 cases of patients locally advanced distal gastric cancer were selected and were randomly administered with treatment of radical gastrectomy for distal gastric cancer or Laparoscopic D2 radical resection, compared the short term results, postoperative recovery and complications of two groups. Results Compared with the control group, patients in the observation group were significantly improved in the recent surgery, postoperative recovery was significantly improved, and the incidence of complications was significantly reduced, the difference between two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic D2 radical surgery used in the treatment of locally advanced distal gastric cancer has a good short-term effect, fast recovery and safety.
