钽棒植入术治疗早期股骨头坏死(ONFH)的近期疗效观察

Observation on Short Term Efficacy of Tantalum Rod Implantation in the Treatment of Early Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head(ONFH)

目的 分析钽棒植入术治疗早期股骨头坏死（ONFH）的近期疗效。方法 随机选取2014年4月-2016年4月我院骨科接受治疗并自愿加入本次实验的早期股骨头坏死患者150例,根据患者以及家属的治疗意愿作为其分组的原则,将所有患者分为两组,每组各75例患者。对照组应用一般的手段进行治疗,观察组采取钽棒植入术进行治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 钽棒植入术治疗ONFH的近期疗效显著,对其病情的恢复有着积极的意义,临床价值明显。

Objective To analyze the short-term efficacy of tantalum rod implantation in the treatment of early avascular necrosis of femoral head（ONFH）. Methods 150 cases of patients with early osteonecrosis of the femoral head were randomly selected from Department of orthopedics in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2016, according to the treatment intention of patients and their families as the principle of grouping, all patients were divided into two groups, 75 cases of patients in each group. The control group was treated by general means, the observation group was treated with tantalum rod implantation, comparison of clinical efficacy of two groups. ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Tantalum rod implantation is effective in the treatment of ONFH, it has a positive meaning to the recovery of the disease and has obvious clinical value.
