克拉霉素联合三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌感染的相关胃炎的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of the Effect of Clarithromycin Combined With Triple Therapy in the Treatment of Helicobacter Pylori Infection Related Gastritis

目的 对幽门螺杆菌感染的相关胃炎中行三联疗法＋克拉霉素的疗效进行分析。方法 选取2015年1月-2016年5月因胃炎进入我院治疗的297例幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染患者作为研究对象,148例对照组行三联疗法,而149例治疗组行三联疗法＋克拉霉素,对两组疗效进行对照。结果 对照组有效率74.32%（110/148）,治疗组为98.66%（147/149）,两组对比,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 当胃炎患者出现Hp感染时,在予以三联疗法的基础上,通过加用克拉霉素,可使其病情得到控制,还能提升疗效以及Hp清除率。

Objective Triple therapy for helicobacter pylori infection related gastritis triple therapy ＋ clarithromycin curative effect is analyzed. Methods From January 2015 to May 2016 in patients with gastritis in our hospital, 297 cases of patients with helicobacter pylori（Hp） infection in comparison observation, 148 cases of control group triple therapy, and 149 cases of treatment group triple therapy ＋ clarithromycin, two groups of curative effect were compared. Results 148 cases of control group effective rate was 74.32%（110/148）, 149 cases of treatment group was 98.66%（147/149）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion When gastritis patients with Hp infection, on the basis of to triple therapy, combination with clarithromycin, can make its remission, also can improve the curative effect and Hp clearance.
