奥氮平与奎硫平治疗老年期精神障碍的疗效评价

Comparative Analysis of Olanzapine and Quetiapine in the Treatment of Senile Mental Disorders

目的探讨老年期精神障碍患者应用奥氮平与奎硫平的效果。方法选取80例老年精神障碍患者,并根据药物不同的治疗方法,将其均分为A组(n=40)和B组(n=40),其中A组患者应用奥氮平治疗,B组患者应用奎硫平治疗,对两组患者治疗后的指标进行对比。结果治疗第4周时,A组PANSS指标为(68.6±17.3)和B组为(68.9±16.4),两组对比,差异不具有统计学意义(t=0.079 5,P=0.936 8);治疗第8周时,A组PANSS指标为(57.2±12.3),B组为(54.3±12.4),两组对比,差异不具有统计学意义(t=1.050 1,P=0.296 9)。结论应用奥氮平和奎硫平药物均可有效对老年期精神障碍患者进行治疗,奥氮平的镇静作用更优,奎硫平的不良反应发生率较低,临床应用各有价值。

Objective To explore the application of patients with senile mental disorders the effect of olanzapine and quetiapine. Methods 80 cases of elderly patients with mental disorders were selected and treated according to different drugs and were divided into A group（n=40） and B group（n=40）, A group was treated with olanzapine, B group was treated with quetiapine, two groups of patients after treatment indicators were compared. Results After fourth weeks of treatment, the PANSS index of the A group was（68.6±17.3） and B group（68.9±16.4）, the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant（t=0.079 5, P=0.936 8）. After eighth weeks treatment, the PANSS index of the A group was（57.2±12.3）, and the B group was（54.3±12.4）, the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant（t=1.050 1, P=0.296 9）. Conclusion Olanzapine and quetiapine drugs can be effective in the treatment of patients with senile mental disorders, the sedative effect of olanzapine is better, the side effects of quetiapine was low, the value of clinical application.
