The Effect of Information System Monitoring on the Treatment Compliance of Diabetic Patients

目的探讨信息监测系统应用对提高糖尿病患者治疗依从性的影响。方法选取200例使用基础胰岛素治疗的2型糖尿病患者,将其平均分成两组,一组采用传统健康教育方法,另一组除常规教育外,出院进行信息系统监测,定期提醒对其进行跟踪、随访、指导。结果通过信息系统监测平台的应用,实验组患者的血糖控制情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论信息系统监测有助于提高糖尿病患者的依从性和血糖管理意识,有利于患者血糖控制达标。

Objective To investigate the information monitoring system applied to improve the effect of diabetes treatment adherence. Methods 200 cases using the basis of insulin therapy in patients with type 2 diabetes, the average was divided into two groups, one group of the traditional health education method, another group in addition to the regular education, hospital information system monitoring, regularly reminded to tracking, follow-up and guidance. Results Through the application of the information monitoring system platform, the patient＇s blood sugar control is obviously better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Monitoring information system helps to improve the compliance of diabetes mellitus and blood glucose management consciousness, is beneficial to patients with blood sugar control.
