83例颈内动脉内膜剥脱术患者围手术期护理

Perioperative Nursing Care of 96 Cases of Patients With Internal Carotid Artery Film Stripping

目的 为提高颈动脉内膜剥脱术患者预后,总结该类患者围手术期护理措施。方法 回顾性分析2014年10月-2016年5月我院收治的颈动脉内膜剥脱术患者的临床资料,总结其护理措施。结果 83例患者临床症状明显好转,其中1例患者术后切口部位出血,6例患者发生术后感染。结论 合理有效地围手术期护理可有效预防颈动脉内膜剥脱术患者术后并发症的发生。

Objective To improve the prognosis of patients with carotid artery film stripping, the perioperative nursing measures were summarized. Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of patients with carotid artery intimal stripping in our hospital from October 2014 to May 2016 were retrospectively analyzed, and the nursing measures were summarized. Results The clinical symptoms of 83 patients were significantly improved, of which 1 cases of postoperative incision site bleeding, 6 cases of postoperative infection. Conclusion Reasonable and effective perioperative care can effectively prevent the occurrence of postoperative complications in patients with carotid artery intima stripping.
