临床路径式护理干预在开放性牛奶蛋白激发试验过程中的应用

Clinical Nursing Intervention in Milk Protein Stimulated Open Path Type Test in the Process of Application

目的 探讨牛奶蛋白过敏患儿食物激发试验过程中的注意事项及护理干预措施,提高患儿家长在激发试验过程中的依从性,以减少激发试验过程中过敏反应给患儿带来的痛苦,保证试验的顺利进行。方法 选取我院2015年2月-2016年11月进行开放性牛奶蛋白激发试验的57例疑似牛奶蛋白过敏患儿进行回顾性分析,通过试验前后的护理评估、激发式奶粉喂养、过敏反应的观察及处理、健康宣教等临床路径式护理干预,保证试验的顺利进行。结果 路径式护理干预后患儿家长在激发试验过程中的依从性高于干预前,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 路径式护理干预能够有效提高患儿家长在激发试验过程中的依从性,减少激发试验过程中过敏反应给患儿带来的痛苦,保证试验的顺利进行。按照临床路径式护理措施对牛奶蛋白过敏患儿食物激发试验过程进行护理干预,方法切实可行。

Objective Children with milk protein allergy food priming the matters needing attention during the process of test and nursing intervention measures, improve the compliance in the process of parents in the excitation test, in order to reduce test in the process of allergic reaction to the pain of children, ensure the smooth progress of test. Methods From February 2015 to November 2016, 57 cases of children with suspected milk protein allergy about open milk protein tests were retrospectively analyzed, through the test before and after the nursing assessment, stimulated mike powder feeding, allergic reaction of observation and treatment, health education clinical pathway type nursing intervention, to ensure the smooth progress of test. Results Path type parents after nursing intervention in the process of test, compliance is significantly higher than before, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Path type nursing intervention can effectively improve the parents in the process of provocation tests compliance, reduce test in the process of allergic reaction to the pain of children, ensure the smooth progress of test. According to the clinical pathway nursing measures for children with allergic to milk protein food excitation test process in nursing intervention, the method is feasible.
