延续性护理对子宫内膜癌术后中远期并发症及生活质量的影响

Influence of Continuity of Care on Postoperative Complications and Quality of Life in Patients With Endometrial Carcinoma

目的探讨延续性护理对子宫内膜癌术后患者中远期并发症及生活质量的影响。方法选取74例子宫内膜癌术后患者为观察对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组37例。对照组行常规护理,观察组患者行延续性护理。对比分析两种护理方法对患者中远期并发症、生活质量的影响。结果观察组患者中远期并发症较对照组低,生活质量评分均较对照组高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时患者对护理的满意度较对照组高。结论对子宫内膜癌术后患者实施延续性护理能够降低中远期并发症发生率且能改善其生活质量。

Objective To investigate the continuity of care for patients with endometrial carcinoma postoperative long-term complications and the influence of the quality of life. Methods 74 examples of postoperative patients with intrauterine membrane were selected as the observation object, randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 37 cases. Control group routine nursing, the observation group of patients continuity of care. Comparative analysis of two kinds of nursing method for patients with long-term complications, the influence of the quality of life. Results Observation group of patients with long-term complications was lower than those of control group, the quality of life scores are higher than the control group, differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, patients satisfaction of nursing at the same time higher than control group obviously. Conclusion The implementation of continuity in patients with endometrial carcinoma postoperative nursing can significantly reduce the incidence of long-term complication and can improve the quality of life.
