老年脑卒中患者发生跌倒的相关危险因素和综合护理干预体会

Risk Factors of Falls in Elderly Patients With Stroke and the Experience of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention

目的 探索老年脑卒中患者跌倒的相关危险因素以及综合护理干预体会。方法 选取我院2015年6月-2016年6月收治的82例老年脑卒中患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,每组各41例。均给予采取问卷调查,观察组给予综合护理干预,对照组给予常规护理干预,对比两组的护理结果。结果 跌倒相关危险因素：身体素质下降17%;药物不良反应28%;身躯移动障碍36%;恐惧心理11%;外在原因8%;观察组跌倒率7.3%,对照组跌倒率29.3%,两组对比,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 身体素质下降、药物不良反应、身躯移动障碍、恐惧心理以及外在因素会导致跌倒,通过实施综合护理干预可以有效地降低患者跌倒率。

Objective To explore the risk factors of falls in elderly patients with stroke and the experience of comprehensive nursing intervention. Methods in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016, 82 cases of elderly patients with stroke were selected as study subjects and were randomly divided into two groups, 41 cases in each group. All were given a questionnaire survey, observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention, control group was given routine nursing intervention. Nursing outcomes were compared between two groups. Results Fall related risk factors： physical fitness decreased by 17%, adverse drug reactions 28%, body movement disorder 36%, fear psychology 11%, external reasons 8%. The fall rate of the observation group was 7.3%, and the fall rate of the control group was 29.3%, the difference was statistically significant between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Physical decline, adverse drug reactions, body movement disorders, fear, and external factors can lead to falls. Through the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the fall rate of patients.
