东南沿海高速铁路沿线环境风特性研究 被引量:3

摘要 文章针对大风环境下的东南沿海某高速铁路的行车安全问题,研究了该铁路沿线的环境风特性。通过提取沿线关键监测点处超过高速铁路列车环境风速管制值的测风点数据,分析最大风速段全天环境风特性以及最大风速点各月环境风特性,得到了该东南沿海高速铁路沿线平均风速、阵风因子、湍流强度的变化规律。研究表明:该铁路沿线环境风速呈现明显的季节性,夏季风速明显偏高;最大风速段全天环境风特性较为一致,10 min平均风速最大值出现在同一时段,湍流强度和阵风因子值的离散度较大,且随平均风速的升高呈现下降趋势,当平均风速超过2 m/s时,湍流强度值一般不超过0.50,阵风因子值一般在2.00左右波动;最大风速点处各月最大平均风速不超过13 m/s,湍流强度值集中分布在0.10-1.00区间,阵风因子值与湍流强度值的变化趋势一致,且阵风因子值集中分布在1.00-8.00区间;最大风速点处风速系数离散度大,且风速上升系数与风速回落系数无关。以上环境风特征分析可用于该区域的环境风速预测模型的建立。 Aiming at the train operation safety problems of a high-speed railway in the southeast coast under the wind environment,this paper analyzes the wind characteristics of the high-speed railway. By extracting the ventilation measuring point wind data which exceed the environmental wind control values of HSR,the all-day wind characteristics in the maximum wind speed section and monthly wind characteristics at the maximum wind speed point of the railway are investigated,and the average wind speed,gust factor,turbulence intensity of the railway are obtained. Analysis shows that the wind speed of the coastal railway presents obviously seasonal,the summer wind speed is higher than those in other seasons. The all-day wind characteristics in the maximum wind speed section are approximately consistent,the maximums of 10-min mean wind speed appear in the same period of time,the discrete degree of turbulence intensity and gust factor are relatively large,and the values of them are found to decrease with the increase of mean wind speed,when the mean wind speed exceeds 2 m / s,turbulence intensity is generally not more than 0. 50,gust factor fluctuates around2. 00. The maximum of monthly mean wind speed at the maximum wind speed point is not more than 13 m / s,the turbulence intensity intensively distributes in the range of 0. 10 - 1. 00,the changing trends of gust factor are same to turbulence intensity,and gust factor intensively distributes in the range of 1. 00 - 8. 00. The discrete degree of wind speed coefficient at the maximum wind speed point is relatively large,and the wind speed rising coefficient has nothing to do with the dropping coefficient. The above analysis of wind characteristics can be used for the building ofenvironmental wind model.
