摘要
重庆西站混凝土雨棚平面双向均属于超长结构,温度作用直接影响结构受力。在设计中,采用有限元分析了不同温差下考虑混凝土收缩、徐变的楼板应力,对框架内力进行分析,按照计算结果加强设计配筋和构造措施。施工过程中采取了设置后浇带、采用补偿收缩混凝土、抗裂纤维混凝土、设置膨胀加强带,设置预应力钢筋等多项措施,减少施工过程和抵抗使用过程中的温度和混凝土收缩、徐变作用。在保证原结构满足建筑空间和造型要求的前提下,实现了超长混凝土雨棚结构不设缝的设计目标,为同类工程设计提供参考。
Chongqing west railway station concrete canopy plane is all belong to super long structure,temperature effect directly affects the structure stress. In the design,using the finite element analysis the floor stress under different temperature,and considering concrete shrinkage and creep,internal force of framework,according to the calculation results strengthening the reinforcement design and structural measures. During construction process,setting post-cast strip,using compensation shrinkage concrete anti-crack fiber concrete,setting expansion strengthening belt,setting the prestressed reinforcement,etc.,reducing the construction process and resisting the temperature and concrete shrinkage and creep effect in the using process. Under the premise of the original structure meeting the requirements of architectural space and modelling,the design goals of super-long concrete canopy structure without seam is achieved,providing a reference for similar engineering design.
