摘要
铜包钢护线条在接触网中主要起到保护零部件及线索的作用,铜包钢绞线是铁路站场软横跨中的主要承力部件,二者在电气化铁路接触网中均发挥着重要作用。文章介绍了电气化铁路用铜包钢护线条及铜包钢绞线的分类、生产工艺及应用等概况,对典型失效的铜包钢护线条及铜包钢绞线的宏观外貌及微观状态进行了观察及分析,使用能谱法分析了样品表面腐蚀产物的主要元素,利用扫描电镜观测样品腐蚀区及内部基体的微观金相组织,并结合样品的服役工况,分析了样品的腐蚀原因,得出了铜包钢护线条及铜包钢绞线的失效结论,为铜包钢护线条及铜包钢绞线的防腐提供了理论支持。
Copper-clad steel armor rods mainly plays a role of protecting the fittings and clues in the catenary,copperclad steel stranded conductors are the main load-bearing parts of headspan supporting in the railway station,both of which play the important roles in electric railway catenary. This paper describes the classification,production process and application of copper-clad steel armor rods and copper-clad steel stranded conductors,observes and analyzes macroscopic and microscopic appearance of the typical failure copper-clad steel armor rods and copper-clad steel stranded conductors, analyzes the main elements of the samples surface corrosion products by EDX, observes microstructure of the corrosive areas and interior metallographic structure by SEM,combined with the service conditions of the samples,analyzes the causes of the corrosion of the samples,the conclusions of failure of copper-clad steel armor rods and copper-clad steel stranded conductors are obtained,which provides theoretical support of the anticorrosion for copper-clad steel armor rods and copper-clad steel stranded conductors.
