双线墩架设增二线梁在铁路扩能改造中的应用

摘要 在铁路新增二线扩能改造中,经常会遇到临近既有线架梁施工。若在新建增二线单线墩进行架梁,由于离既有线有一定安全距离则比较简单。但若在既有双线墩上已经有一线开通运营的情况下,利用既有墩架设增二线梁,由于线间距太近则比较困难。本文以迁曹铁路曹妃甸特大桥双线墩架设增二线梁为例,通过合理的施工组织,采取架桥机改造、接触网改造以及线路偏心和拨移回拨等安全措施,实现了施工安全、货运量、施工进度三大目标,能够对铁路建设和扩能改造的类似工程提供参考。 In the expansion and reconstruction of new-added double-line of railway,the construction of new line near to the existed line is often happens. If the beams are erected on the single-line pier of new line,it is relatively simple for there exists some certain safety distance from the old one. But when one of the existed second line beams is already at work,it is difficult to erect the beam of second line due to the shorter distance between centers of tracks. This paper takes the erection of beams on the double-line pier of Caofeidian super major bridge on Qiancao Railway as an example. the three goals of construction safety,freight volume and construction progress have been achieved by many safety measures such as taking reasonable construction organization,improving bridging machines and contact nets,adopting line eccentricity and shifting methods,etc. The experience provides references to the similar projects of railway construction and its capacity expansion.
