糖尿病患者低血糖昏迷的急诊护理

Emergency Nursing of Diabetic Patients with Hypoglycemia Coma

目的探讨糖尿病患者低血糖昏迷的急诊护理。方法选取2014年1月至2015年6月在沈阳市第一人民医院急诊科就诊的50例急诊患者为试验组,在普通急诊护理的基础上采取积极配合的急诊护理,另外选取2014年以前采取普通急诊护理的50例患者病例为对照组。比较两组患者的急诊血糖、1 h后血糖、1 d后血糖以及临床缓解率。结果试验组临床缓解率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组急诊血糖与对照组比较没有差异,1 h后血糖、1 d后血糖高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论做好急诊护理工作,可以明显提高糖尿病合并低血糖昏迷患者的临床缓解率,提高患者的生存率,值得在临床推广。

Conclusion To do a good job of emergency care, can significantly improve the clinical remission rate of diabetic hypoglycemia coma patients, improve the patient＇s survival, is worth popularizing in clinical.
