基于水生态文明建设的涉水产业发展对策

Developing Strategies to Water-related Industry:Based on Hydro-Ecological Civilization Construction

对涉水产业的理论内涵进行界定,阐述了涉水产业在经济发展、环境保护和社会进步3个方面是水生态文明建设的必然选择,针对涉水产业良性发展提出营利性机制、水资源管理机制及公益补偿机制建议。

Water, known as the source of life, the origin of the eco-system, and the key of production, plays a crucial role in China＇s economic take-off. Hence, devoting major efforts to developing water-related industry is the key to solve complicated water problems, and it is also a feasible choice to make to realize Hydro-Ecological civilization in China. This paper first, defines the concept of water-related industry. Then, it argues that the advance of water-related industry is an ultimate choice of promoting Hydro-Ecological civilization in terms of economic development, environmental conservation, and social progress. Finally, this paper provides implementation proposals on how to smoothly develop water-related industry.
