摘要
针对离散制造行业生产现场管理复杂的特点,提出一种适合离散制造行业的分布式智能控制系统解决方案。分析离散制造行业对分布式智能控制系统的需求,对物联化数据采集、制造过程数据集成化管理和基于现场实时数据分析的制造过程智能控制等关键技术解决途径进行研究,并给出分布式智能控制系统解决方案的框架规划。分析验证结果表明,该方案可提高设备使用率、生产制造现场的管控效率以及计划的完成率。
According to the characteristics of production site complex management in discrete manufacturing industry, a distributed intelligent control system which suites for discrete manufacturing industry is proposed. Analyze requirements of discrete manufacturing industry on distributed intelligent control system, key technologies and approaches of the system are researched, including data acquisition based on internet of things, data integrated management of manufacturing process, intelligent control of manufacturing process based on real time data analyzing. The distributed intelligent control system framework is given, analysis results show that this method can improve equipment utilization and efficiency of management and control, of manufacturing site and eventually elevate the completion ratios of plans.
