罩式退火工艺对冷轧IF钢性能影响的DOE分析 被引量:1

摘要 设计了罩式退火10 h升温、10 h保温,10 h升温、15 h保温,平整延伸率分别为0.4%和0.7%的工艺方案,组成了2因素2水平正交试验,对成品的屈服强度、抗拉强度、延伸率,n值、r值、{110}<112>织构强度进行了相关检测,揭示了罩式退火工艺、平整工艺对冷轧IF钢性能的影响规律。最终得出了满足用户高延伸率和高成型性要求的冷轧IF钢的工艺制定策略。 A process plan is designed for batch annealing process with heating up for 10 then holding for 10 hours, or 10 then 15 hours, and tempering elongation separately as 0. 4% and 0. 7% , to compose a orthogonal test with 2 factors and 2 levels. The yield strength, tensile strength, elongation, n value, r value and {110} 〈 112 〉 structure strength of finished product are detected relatively. The influence law of batch annealing process and tempering process on properties of IF steel is revealed. And at last the process making strategy is settled out for cold rolling IF steel to meet customer's requirement for high - elongation and high formability.
