摘要
介绍了唐钢利用钢渣尾渣作为主要原料研制钢渣混凝土透水砖的过程。分析了钢渣混凝土透水砖性能的影响因素,通过实验确定了水灰比0.3,骨胶比4.0,骨料粒径2.5~10 mm时透水砖的性能最佳。按最佳配比方案批量生产后,钢渣混凝土透水砖的主要技术指标达到预期效果。同时指出了下一步的研究方向。
The procedure to develop steel slag concrete water permeable brick with tail steel slag is introduced. The factors to affect the property of the brick is analyzed in test, determined that the property of the brick is the best when water - ash ratio as 0.3, ratio of aggregate to cement as 4.0, particle size of aggregate as 2.5 to 10 mm. In batch production according to the best schedule, the main technical indexes of the brick achieve the expected result. At the same time the research direction for the next step is pointed out.
