摘要
介绍了承钢公司热轧卷板事业部钢包精炼炉电极阻抗的控制原理。以设定阻抗为控制目标,通过比例系数、过流、短路、阀速系数、死区等控制参数的动态调整,控制其实际阻抗,稳定弧流弧压,进而达到提高效率、缩短冶炼时间、节约电能、稳定钢水质量等目的。
The control principle of electrode impedance adjustment in ladle refining furnace in Cheng Steel is introduced: with set impedance as control target, adjusting dynamically control parameters such as proportional coefficient, over - current, short circuit, valve speed coefficient, dead zone to control the actual impedance and stabilize arc current and arc voltage, and then get the target of raising efficient, shortening smelting time, saving electric power and stabilizing quality of molten steel.
