摘要
介绍了唐山建龙特殊钢有限公司热轧带钢氧化铁皮缺陷的特点并分析了其产生的原因,认为加热温度、加热时间、除鳞设备等因素对热轧中宽带氧化铁皮的产生影响较大。通过控制精轧开轧温度、板坯加热时间、定期检测除鳞距离、保证除鳞压力等措施,使氧化铁皮缺陷得到有效控制,带钢表面质量明显改善。
The characteristic of scale defect on hot - rolling strip steel in Jianlong is introduced, the reason analyzed. It is considered that heating temperature, heating time and scale - eliminating device have a large influence on production of scale. With measures : controlling rolling - beginning temperature in finish rolling, slab heating time, checking scale - eliminating distance by regular period and guaranteeing scale - eliminating pressure, the defect is got effectively controlled, the surface of strip steel gets obviously improved.
