摘要
介绍了唐钢1#烧结机系统组成及烟气特点。针对投产之初烟气脱硫效果不理想的情况,分析了影响脱硫效果的原因,并采取了一系列措施。通过稳定烧结过程、强化台车篦条管理、定期检查、修复主抽风系统漏风情况、合理控制烧结终点温度、制定合理的启停机操作规程和换台车操作方法、烧结中控和脱硫中控精细配合等措施,烟气系统脱硫效率达到90%以上,达到了国内先进水平。
The system composition and gas feature of sintering machine 1 of Tang Steel is introduced. Against the unsatisfactory gas delsulfurization effect at the beginning of its production, the reason is analyzed, some measures are adopted: stabilizing sintering process, strengthening bar grate management of table carrier, checking and repairing regularly the air - leaking of main exhaustion system, reasonably controlling the end temperature of sintering, making reasonable starting and stopping operation procedure and table carrier exchanging method, finely matching sintering center control and desulfurization center control. With those, the desulfurization coefficient of gas system reached over 90% , the advanced level at home.
