城镇化建设中的“农民市民化”问题刍议

Farmers' Citizenization during the Process of Urbanization

我国正在推进城镇化建设,作为全世界农业人口最多的国家,"农民市民化"问题成为中国推进城镇化建设的首要任务。而"农民市民化"的本质首先是由农转工,维持生计的生存策略。对传统中国"国野之别"与"城乡一体"共在、"农本工末"与"农工并举"同构的历史还原,是试图将"农民市民化"的关注点从地域转移、身份转变,聚焦到生业转化上,以此提供一种研究视角,超脱西方城市化经验主线,形成一些更适用于本土实际的方法与体系。

As a country of largest agricultural population, China is promoting urbanization, of which ＂farmers＇ citizeni- zation＂ has become the first task. The nature of farmers＇ citizenization is the transformation from farmers to workers as live- lihood strategies. In this article, the author is trying to focus on career transformation, in order to provide a perspective of research, which is to beyond the citizenization experience from the west to form the method and the system more suitable for some local reality.
