薄膜外部成型下模腔机构系统设计

摘要 薄膜外部成型工艺流程主要包括换膜、加热、压边框下压、上模腔下压、抽真空、托台上升和加高压,根据薄膜外部成型工艺流程对薄膜外部成型下模腔机构进行设计,模腔机构的主要作用是将薄膜和装饰物品固定并且密封在模腔内,然后对薄膜进行加热处理,再对模腔抽真空,最后采用加压设备对上模腔进行加压,为此设计了模腔、模腔盖、托台、裁刀槽、密封圈槽以及液压缸等机构。模腔与模腔盖之间采用M8×40的螺栓和M8的螺母固定,模腔与液压缸之间采用M4×16的螺栓固定,液压杆和托台之间采用M5×16的螺栓进行固定。 The film external molding process flow includes changing film, heating, upper border descending, upper cavity descending, vacuum pumping, supporting platform rising, and high pressure adding. The lower cavity mechanism was designed based on technological process of film external molding. Its main function was to fix and seal film and decorative items within the cavity, then the film was heated by heating mechanism, the upper and lower cavity were vacuumized by vacuum pumping equipment, the upper cavity was added high pressure by pressure equipment. The lower cavity mechanism was mainly composed of mold cavity, mold cavity cover, supporting platform, cutting knife groove, sealing ring groove and hydraulic cylinder. The mold cavity and the mold cavity cover were fixed by M8×40 bolted joint and M8 nut. The cavity and the hydraulic cylinder were fixed by M4× 16 bolted joint. The hydraulic rod and the supporting platform were fixed with M5×16 bolted ioint.
