微波消解ICP-MS法测定巴基斯坦和吐鲁番刺糖中的微量元素 被引量:1

摘要 目的采用微波消解电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)分析技术,建立微量元素的含量测定方法,比较巴基斯坦、新疆吐鲁番2个产地骆驼刺糖中Li、Na、Al、Ca、Cr、Mn、Fe、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Sr、Ag、Cd、Sb、Ba、Pb、K等18种微量元素的含量差异。方法样品经微波消解后,采用电感耦合质谱仪测定18种微量元素。结果 ICP-MS分析技术测定刺糖中的微量元素,Li、Al、Cr、Mn、Fe、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Sr、Ag、Cd、Sb、Ba、Pb和K的线性范围为0~20 mg·L-1,Na和Ca的线性范围为0~200 mg·L-1。该方法的稳定性、精密度和回收率均符合要求。2个产地获得的刺糖中微量元素含量均有差异,巴基斯坦2015年6月批次的刺糖所含有的微量元素含量最高,Ca为7143 mg·kg-1,Fe为1610 mg·kg-1。结论 K、Na、Ca、Mn、Fe等对人体有益的元素在刺糖中含量均较高,有害元素Pb、As、Cr、Sb和Ag含量均低于《中国药典》和《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》的限量标准。 Objective By adopting microwave digestion combined with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)analysis technology,we aimed to establish the determination method for trace elements,and to compare the content differences of 18 trace elements of Li,Na,Al,Ca,Cr,Mn,Fe,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Sr,Ag,Cd,Sb,Ba,Pb and K of Saccharum alhagi from the growing regions of Pakistan and Xinjiang Turpan. Methods After microwave digestion,18 kinds of trace elements in the samples were determined by ICP-MS. Results The ICP-MS analysis results showed that the linear ranges of Li,Al,Cr,Mn,Fe,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Sr,Ag,Cd,Sb,Ba,Pb and K were 0~20 mg·L-1,and the linear ranges of Na and Ca were 0~200 mg·L-1. The stability,precision and recovery of the method met the requirements. The contents of trace elements varied in the samples from the growing regions of Pakistan and Xinjiang Turpan,and the samples collected from Pakistan in June of 2015 had the highest contents of trace elements,Ca being 7143 mg·kg-1and Fe being up to 1610 mg·kg-1. Conclusion The contents of K,Na,Ca,Mn and Fe,which are beneficial to human body,are all high,and the contents of harmful elements such as Pb,As,Cr,Sb and Ag are all lower than the 1imits of Chinese Pharmacopoeia and Green Trade Standard for Importing and Exporting Medicinal Plant and Preparation.
