摘要
近年来,武汉餐饮企业从经历"寒冬"到业绩逐步企稳,转型加速、业态变化明显。文章通过对武汉餐饮行业发展业态进行分析,探讨武汉餐饮企业在环境与政策变化下所面临的市场竞争加剧、经营成本上涨、人力资源匮乏等困境,提出了武汉餐饮企业应基于市场需求转型和求变,加强产品创新以彰显特色,借助信息技术和控制成本来提升效能,多管齐下完善人力资源管理方式等对策。
In recent years, the catering enterprises in Wuhan have gone through radical changes: "the cold winter period", steady-performance and transformation acceleration. Based on an analysis of the development of Wuhan catering industry, this paper explores the challenges of amounting competition, rising costs and inadequate human resources in the background of the changes in both environment and policy before suggesting solutions based on market demands such as strengthening product innovation to show off peculiarities, employing information technology and cost control to improve efficiency, and using a multitude of methods to improve human resource management, etc.
