智慧旅游时代导游员执业危机及应对研究

On Solutions to the Challenges for Tour Guide's Job Opportunities in the Era of Smart Tourism

智慧旅游在为游客出游带来巨大便利的同时,也给导游员的执业机会带来巨大挑战,这表现为导游员地位被弱化、部分工作被智慧旅游取代、业务难度增加、制度的障碍日益明显,等等。受智慧旅游局限性制约,新时期导游员依然有新的执业机会,这要求导游员借力智慧旅游不断提升业务能力、拓宽业务范围,同时也需要改革导游员管理制度,依靠智慧旅游搭建导游员服务交易平台,为导游员赢得更多执业机会。

While smart tourism is contributing a lot to the convenience of visitors＇ tour activities, it is also po- sing increasing challenges to tour guides＇ job opportunities as well, including weakening of the importance of tour guides, smart tourism replacement of part of their job responsibilities, rising demand for their working a- bilities, and obstacles of institutions as well. Nevertheless, the defects in smart tourism has made it possible that tour guide may find new job opportunities with better utilization of smart tourism to improve their working abilities and expand their business range. The government should also renovate the institutions of tour guides management and set up a platform for tourism service based on smart tourism to create more job opportunities for tour guides.
