摘要
在访谈和问卷调查基础上,利用SPSS20.0与AMOS17.0对惠山古镇调研数据进行探索性因子分析与结构模型验证。结果显示:旅游空间权能感知与开发态度显著正相关;经济感知在空间权能与开发态度间及影响感知间起中介作用;居民对古镇的旅游开发态度处于矛盾状态。研究认为,古镇空间资源开发要在平衡经济利益关系基础上关照居民空间权能诉求。
Based on semi-structured interview and questionnaire survey at the ancient town of Huishan, the pa- per conducts an exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis with SEM via SPSS20.0 and A- MOS17.0 respectively. The results shows that residents' perceptions of space power have direct and significant positive effect on their attitude, that their perceptions of economy are proved to be of mediating significance in their perceptions of space power and attitude, and that the residents' attitude toward tourism development of the ancient town remains contradictory. The paper concludes by arguing that the appeal of residents' space perceptions shall have to be taken into account after economic interests are impartially balanced.
