Social Administration Reform:From Social Administration to Social Governance and Good Grouernance

文章基于对社会管理到社会治理、善治的发展历程,社会管理和社会治理、善治之区别,以及从社会管理到社会治理的理论和现实基础的分析,提出新时期社会治理体制改革要转变社会治理理念,创新社会治理手段,夯实社会治理基础等,最终实现政府负责、全社会参与、秩序井然的全新社会治理格局。

Recent years, it has seen rapid development and impressive achievement of the cooperative educa- tional programs between China and the foreign countries in the field of tourism higher education in Anhui. However, such programs are still insufficient and in small scale, with lower level, limited potentials and inade- quate quality supervision. To tackle these problems, a solution is proposed that colleges and universities should be encouraged to expand the school scale, improve the teaching faculty, increase the school-running level and standards, enhance the quality of talent training and perfect the quality supervision mechanism for healthy and rapid development.
