The Idea of Economic Sharing as One of Economic Ethics

以伦理学视角观察,共享理念具有深刻的伦理内涵。共享理念可以按照社会领域划分为不同类别,经济共享是其中之一。中西伦理思想特别是经济伦理思想史上许多思想家都对经济共享作了论说,这对人们进一步思考经济共享极有价值。在历史唯物主义看来,经济共享是一个与生产密切相关的分配意义上的范畴,是指人们共享经济领域得到道德和法律认可的财富、权利、机会等,是人们之间建立在利益基础上的一种经济伦理关系。经济共享是经济社会和人的发展的伦理价值前提。社会主义市场经济条件下,要达成经济共享,必须采取坚持生产资料公有制和按劳分配主体地位、坚持依规公平分享、消除贫困、扶持弱势群体并强化社会保障制度建设等措施。

From the viewpoint of ethics, the idea of sharing has profound connotation. According to social areas, sharing idea can be classified as different categories and economic sharing is one of them. In the history of Chinese and Western ethic thoughts, especially in the history of economic ethic thoughts, economic sharing has been discussed by lots of thinkers and their argumentation has great value for further thinking of economic sharing. From the perspective of Historic Materialism, economic sharing belongs to the category in the sense of distribution which has a close relation to production and it is defined as people obtaining wealth, rights, oppor- tunities approved by law and morality in the field of sharing economy. It is an interpersonal relation of econom- ic ethics which is based on interests. Economic sharing is a precondition of ethic value for the development of economy, society and individuals. Under the circumstances of socialist market economy, if we want to achieve economic sharing, we should take measures like insisting on the dominant role of public ownership of the means of production, ensuring the principal status of distribution according to work, eliminating poverty, sup- porting social vulnerable groups and strengthening social security system, etc.
