摘要
以碳酸乙烯酯和甲胺为原料,合成N-甲基二乙醇胺的工艺。对催化剂进行筛选,以获取绿色高效的催化剂。在较佳的催化剂反应体系下,分别考察催化剂用量、配料比、反应温度、甲胺滴速对反应的影响,结果发现上述因素对反应收率、转化率、选择性均有显著影响,且都有一个最佳值,获得的最优化反应条件为:选取717阴离子交换树脂作催化剂,用量为1 g(占液相质量的3.3%),n(碳酸乙烯酯)∶n(甲胺水溶液)=1∶2,反应温度为130℃,甲胺滴速0.3 m L/min。在最优化的反应条件下,N-甲基二乙醇胺收率达到28.22%,碳酸乙烯酯的转化率为98.94%,N-甲基二乙醇胺的选择性达到28.52%。
The ethylene carbonate and armour amine are chosen as raw materials for the synthesis of Nmethyldiethanol amine. Then the catalyst is screened to obtain green and efficient catalyst. The catalyst mass,reaction ratio,reaction temperature and amine drop speed are investigated. All parameters revealed significantly influence on the reaction yield,reaction conversion,reaction selectivity and have optimal values respectively. The optimum reaction conditions obtained were as follows: select 717 anion exchange resin as catalyst with concentration of 1. 0 g( 3. 3% of the total mass),reation ratio with n( EC) ∶ n( amine)= 1 ∶ 2,reaction temperature 130 ℃,amine drop speed 0. 3 m L / min. Then N-methyldiethanol yield is28. 22%,ethylene carbonate is 98. 94%,N-methyldiethanol selectivity is 28. 52%.
