正交实验法优化碧螺春茶叶中总黄酮提取工艺 被引量:13

摘要 用乙醇提取碧螺春茶叶中的总黄酮,考察乙醇浓度、提取温度、提取时间、料液比对总黄酮提取率的影响。结果表明,各因素影响主次顺序为乙醇浓度>提取温度>料液比>提取时间;最佳提取工艺为:乙醇浓度60%,提取温度60℃,料液比1∶40 g/m L,提取时间2.5 h。在此条件下,碧螺春茶叶中总黄酮提取率为15.7%。 Using alcohol to extract total flavonoid from Biluochun tea. The influence of ethanol concentration,extraction time,extraction temperature,liquid to material ratio on total flavonoids was investigated.Results showed that the influence of various factors order is ethanol concentration extraction temperature liquid to material ratio extraction time,and the best process conditions is when extract ethanol is60%,ultrasonic time is 2. 5 h,liquid to material ratio is 1∶ 40 g / m L,extraction temperature is 60 ℃. Under this condition,the extraction rate was 15. 7%.
