摘要
利用微波辅助盐酸改性的滑石为吸油剂,研究了其对模拟植物油废水溶液的吸油性能、等温吸附模型和吸附动力学。考察了吸附时间、p H、模拟植物油废水溶液的初始浓度、改性滑石投加量等因素对模拟植物油废水溶液吸油的影响。对改性滑石进行X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱(IR)表征。结果表明,吸附平衡时间30 min,改性滑石投加量7 g/L,中性条件下吸油效果最佳。25℃下,改性滑石对模拟植物油废水溶液的吸附符合Langmuir等温吸附模型和准二级动力学方程,最大吸附量为3.92 mg/g。
The adsorption behavior,isotherm model and dynamics of oil by modified talc have been studied.The effects of contact time,p H value,oil initial concentration,modified talc dosage on simulation vegetable oil adsorption have been investigated. X-Ray diffraction( XRD) and Fourier transformed infrared spectrum( FTIR) were used to characterize talc before and after modification. The results show that better oil adsorption efficiency can be obtained in the contact time of 30 min,modified talc of 7 g / L and neutral solution.Under 25 ℃,the adsorption of simulation wastewater of vegetable oil on modified talc fits with Langmuir and pseudo-second-order dynamic model,the maximum adsorption capacity is 3. 92 mg / g.
