摘要
制备了一种酸性离子液体[MIMNH]HSO_4,以此作为脱氮剂,用于柴油中碱性氮脱除研究。考察了剂油比、水加入量、反应温度和反应时间对碱性氮脱除效果的影响。结果表明,当m(IL)∶m(oil)=0.15,m(水)∶m(IL)=0.5,反应时间30 min,反应温度20℃时,柴油的脱氮率可达92.5%。且离子液体[MIMNH]HSO_4具有较好的重复使用性能,重复使用5次后,柴油脱氮率没有明显降低,是一种高效的柴油碱性氮脱除剂。
Acidic ionic liquid [MIMNH]HSO4 was synthesized and used as nitrogen removal agent to removal the basic nitrogen in diesel. The effect of m( IL) ∶ m( oil),m( water) ∶ m( IL),reaction temperature and reaction time on the nitrogen removal rate were studied. The results show that when m( IL) ∶ m( oil) =0. 15,m( water) ∶ m( IL) = 0. 5,reaction temperature T = 20 ℃,reaction time 30 min,the nitrogen removal rate could be 92. 5% and the ionic liquid [MIMNH]HSO4 could be recycled 5 times with merely a slight decrease in nitrogen removal rate,which was an efficient nitrogen removal agent of alkaline nitrogen in the diesel.
