摘要
综述了天然染料的分类、化学成分及提取方法,阐述了天然染料在纺织、食品、化妆品及医药保健中的应用,并对天然染料的发展前景进行了展望,以期为天然染料的开发利用提供参考。
The classification,composition and extraction of natural dyes were summarized,and its application in textile,food industry and cosmetics was introduced. The development prospect were forcasted in order to provide reference for further research and exploration.
