超声-分光光度法快速测定水样中的化学需氧量 被引量:9

摘要 为了快速测定水样中的化学需氧量浓度,分别以重铬酸钾和硫酸-硫酸银溶液为氧化剂和催化剂,利用超声消解-分光光度法测定水样中的化学需氧量(COD)浓度。结果表明,超声-分光光度法可以快速测定水样中的COD,测定的样品COD的回收率>94%,用超声消解替代加热消解不影响COD的测定结果,且可以缩短COD的测定时间。然而,由于超声消解的时间随COD浓度的增加而增加,采用超声-分光光度法测定样品的COD浓度时,COD浓度应<400 mg/L。 The ultrasound-spectrophotometric method taking potassium chromate and sulphric acid-silver sulfate solution as the oxidant and the catalytic agent was used to determine the concentration of chemical oxygen demand( COD) in samples. The results indicated that the ultrasound-spectrophotometric method can determine the concentration of COD in samples rapidly,and the recoveries of the determined COD were higher than 94%. Instead of the heating digestion,the ultrasound digestion did not affect the determination of COD in samples,besides,the time of COD determination can be reduced. However,as the time for the ultrasound digestion was increased with the increasing of the concentration of COD in samples,the concentration of COD in samples should be lower than 400 mg / L when using the ultrasound-spectrophotometric method for the determination of COD.
