摘要
采用菌丝生长速率法,室内测定了9种杀菌剂对小麦纹枯病的毒力,并进行了田间药效试验。结果表明,10%己唑醇SC、43%戊唑醇SC、12.5%烯唑醇WP,EC50为0.0651~0.6315 mg/L,对小麦纹枯病菌菌丝的抑制活性较强,10%多抗霉素WP、30%乙蒜素AS、250 g/L丙环唑EC、50%多菌灵WP、20%三唑酮EC,EC50为1.3006~4.2026 mg/L,抑菌活性也较好;43%戊唑醇SC(500 mg/L)、12.5%烯唑醇WP(500 mg/L)、10%己唑醇SC(500 mg/L)、250 g/L丙环唑EC(500 mg/L)对小麦纹枯病的田间防治效果分别为68.7%、66.0%、65.3%、63.3%,防效较好。
The laboratory toxicity of nine fungicides against Rhizoctonia cerealis was tested by mycelium growth rate method, and the field efficacy trial was also carried out. The results indicated that 10% hexaconazole SC, 43% tebuconazole SC and 12.5% diniconazole WP showed the best inhibitory activity against the growth of R. cerealis with the EC50 value of 0. 0651 -0.6315 mg/L. The 10% polyoxin WP, 30% ethylicin AS, 250 g/L propiconazole EC, 50% carbendazim WP and 20% triadimefon EC had better antibacterial activity with the EC50 value of 1. 3006 -4. 2026 mg/L. The 43% tebuconazole SC (500 mg/L), 12.5% diniconazole WP (500 mg/L), 10% hexaconazole SC (500 mg/L) and 250 g/L propiconazole EC (500 mg/L) showed better field control effects with the value of 68.7%, 66.0%, 65.3%, 63.3%, respectively.
