摘要
为了解重组禽流感病毒H5亚型二价灭活疫苗(H5N1,Re-6株+Re-8株)的免疫效果,为临床上制定合理的禽流感疫苗免疫程序提供依据,试验选取14日龄樱桃谷商品肉鸭30只和SPF鸭30只,注射重组禽流感病毒H5亚型二价灭活疫苗(Re-6株+Re-8株)0.4 m L/只作为首次免疫,饲养至28日龄时,樱桃谷肉鸭、SPF鸭随机分成A、B和C、D组,每组均为15只,B、D组再次颈部皮下注射该疫苗0.5 m L/只,均从14日龄起每周采集血清一次,直至56日龄,检测H5抗体情况。结果表明:不同品种鸭对同一亚型禽流感疫苗免疫效果存在差异,首次免疫的日龄可以提至7~10日龄,商品肉鸭一次免疫即可满足防疫需要。
To investigate the immune effects of recombinant H5N1 subtype avian influenza inactivated vaccine (H5N1, Re -6 strain + Re -8 strain) and provide clinical basis for formulating the reasonable avian influenza vaccine immune program, thirty 14 days old Cherry Valley ducks and thirty 14 days old SPF ducks were immunized with H5N1 subtype AI (Re-6 strain + Re-8 strain) inactivated vaccine of 0.4 mL each duck. To 28 days old, Cherry Valley ducks were randomly divided into two groups of A and B, and SPF ducks were randomly divided into two groups of C and D. Each group had 15 ducks. The Cherry Valley ducks in B group and SPF ducks in D group were immunized with 0.5 mL HSN1 inactivated vaccine again each duck. The serum sample of each duck was separately collected and detected every week from 14 days old to 56 days old. It was showed that the immune effects were different for different species of ducks. The most suitable time of the first immunization was from 7 days old to 10 days old. For Cherry Valley ducks, immune one time was enough.
