我国普通高中多样化发展的情境之困与破解 被引量:4

摘要 推动我国普通高中多样化发展是现实任务,也是未来趋势之一。但是在实践情境中,推进者们面临着强调集团主义、"唯学历不唯能力"的社会人才选择与评价环境、既强调公平又追求效率的社会价值追求、高考"紧箍咒"牢牢套紧又缺少发展自主权等多重困境。面对这些困境,普通高中教育的管理者与举办者有必要协同攻关、破解难题:一要在"以学生发展为本"与"推进普通高中办学的多样化发展之间建立实质关系与认同,二要具备推进普通高中的多样化发展的"整体思维"和"协同思维",三是相关管理部门加强政策引导、赋权增能,四是学校举办者要尽可能多的提供备选资源。 It is both an urgent task at present and a tendency in the future to promote the diversified development of high school in China. However, the practitioners are faced with multiple predicaments, such as groupism, talent selection and appraisal system that focuses more on academic degree than ability, the social value orientation that attaches equal importance to equality and efficiency, the unbreakable restriction of Gaokao and the lack of autonomy etc. Under such circumstances, the management board are required to work coordinately to settle the predicaments. First, build up substantial relationship and identification between"taking students' development as the fundamental principle" and "promoting the diversified development of senior high school" ; second, develop "comprehensive mindset" and"coordinated mindset" that are essential to the diversified development of senior high school; third, the authorities concerned should enhance their guidance by related policies and endow the management board with more power;fourth, the sponsors of high school should provide available resources as much as possible.
