摘要
针对某液压机在使用中其液压缸出现过早失效的情况,根据液压缸受力特点,对液压缸的缸筒中段按厚壁圆筒进行常规强度校核,经过校核后发现无法解释其过早失效原因.之后利用ANSYS有限元方法进行分析计算,获得液压缸在此条件下的应力、应变分布云图及最大应力集中所在位置,得到其过早失效的原因,并针对其原因提出改进措施,经过重新分析计算后,液压缸结构设计在满足使用要求的前提下,也进一步优化了液压缸的结构设计.
Aiming at the situation of certain hydrostatic machine is being used,the working cylinder early invalidly,according to the hydrostatic cylinder mechanical characteristics for the cylinder middle plate of hydrostatic machine to check normally in the light of thick cylinder conventional strength check. By checking found that could not explain why the hydrostatic cylinder is early invalid. Then analysis and calculation by ANSYS finite element method.Contours of stress and strain and the positions of stress concentration are obtained and required the explanation why it was early invalid. For the reason put forward an improving measure. The hydrostatic machine structure design not only satisfies the requirements but also to optimize them efficiently forward by analysis calculated again.
