摘要 研究了不同粉磨时间钼尾矿的粒度分布,探讨了钼尾矿细度对胶砂试块性能的影响,并通过XRD和SEM对胶凝材料水化产物进行了分析。结果表明,随着粉磨时间的延长,钼尾矿粉中微细颗粒比例不断增加,粉磨时间达到120 min时,钼尾矿粉出现明显的团聚现象,较为合适的粉磨时间为100 min。粉磨后的钼尾矿表现出一定的火山灰反应活性。掺钼尾矿胶凝材料的水化产物主要是钙矾石和水化硅酸钙凝胶,二者的相互交织促进了胶砂试块强度的增长。 Particle size distribution of molybdenum tailings under different milling time were tested. Influence of molyb- denum tailings fineness on the properties of mortar was discussed. And hydration products with gelled material were analyzed with XRD and SEM. The results showed that, with the increase of milling time, the proportion of micro particles in molybdenum railings was gradually increasing. And phenomenon of reunion appeared in molybdenum tailings powder after grinding 120 rain. The suitable grinding time of molybdenum tailings is 100 min. Molybdenum tailings showed some ash reactivity after grinding. The hydration products of gelled material prepared with molybdenum tailings is mainly ettringite and C-S-H gel. With ettringite and C-S-H gel intertwined,the strength of concrete increased.
