摘要
采用静电层层自组装法对多巴胺改性涤棉混纺织物进行阻燃整理,以壳聚糖(CH)和植酸钠(PA)作为组装液,极限氧指数(LOI值)作为因素筛选指标,分别考察组装时间、组装液质量分数、组装液pH值和组装层数等对涤棉混纺织物阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:第一层各次组装沉积时间15 min,第一层后每次组装沉积时间5 min,壳聚糖质量分数1%,植酸钠质量分数1.5%,壳聚糖溶液pH值为5,植酸钠溶液pH值为2,组装15个正负离子交替沉积(即为15层)后,T/C(65/35)织物可获得较好的阻燃效果,LOI值为28.7%。
Electrostatic layer-by-layer self-assembly method is used to prepare flame retardant polyester/ cotton blended fabric modified by dopamine, with chitosan (CH) and sodium phytic acid (PA) as assem- bly solution. The effects of assembly time, solution concentration, pH value and layer number on flame retardant properties of polyester/cotton fabric are studied. The results show that the individual precipitation time of the first layer is 15 min, after this the individual precipitation time is 5 min. The best assembly solution formula is chitosan 1%, phytic acid sodium 1.5%, pH value of chitosan solution 5, pH value of sodium phytic acid solution 2. After assembly 15 layers of positive and negative ion deposition, T/C (65/35) fabric has better flame retardancy and the LOI value reach 28.7%.
